1. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be issued only under the following circumstances:

  • Payment deducted but order not processed
  • Transaction failed but amount was deducted
  • Duplicate payment made by customer
  • Order cancelled due to technical error from our side
  • Incorrect conversion/processing caused by INR2USD

2. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will NOT be provided in these cases:

  • User entered wrong wallet/bank details
  • Incorrect information submitted by customer
  • Delay caused by bank/third-party payment gateway
  • Chargeback disputes without contacting support
  • Exchange rate differences after confirmation
  • Transactions completed successfully

Note: Once the currency exchange is completed and delivered, it cannot be reversed.

3. Refund Request Process

To request a refund, you must contact our support team with:

  • Registered Email / Mobile Number
  • Transaction ID / Order ID
  • Payment Proof (Screenshot / Receipt)
  • Reason for refund request

4. Refund Timeframe

Once your refund request is approved:

  • Refunds are usually processed within 3 to 7 business days

5. Partial Refunds

  • Service charges were applied by payment gateway
  • Order was partially processed
  • Fees were incurred due to customer error

6. Chargeback Policy

If a user raises a chargeback dispute without contacting INR2USD support first:

  • The account may be temporarily suspended
  • Further services may be blocked
  • Verification may be required before allowing future transactions
